Why can the lights not stay at red when you want them to?

There used to be a fantastic puppet centre in the Mitchell. Need to see if it's still there. Maybe this weekend...in between cubs, visiting my poorly mum, going to a Christmas Fayre, swimming lessons, weekly shop...maybe next weekend.
