Towards Monte Soratte

Another beautiful day with a balmy 24C . I visited the cafe in borgonuovo and the fresh gelatti has been cleared from the chiller. Winter has arrived in Italy no matter what the temperature might be. How all those Italian cafes in Scotland survive I do not know! If Scots only ate ice cream when it was over 24C there would be no ice cream days. I think the official shirts aff temperature is 12C. 
This is the view towards the setting sun along our ridge. Our house is above the olive grove on the right hand side.
