Long Shadows

Rebus brought to life on stage at Kings Theatre in a script by Ian Rankin dramatized by Rona Munro. 

Took an unexpected turn in second half when actor playing Rebus (Charles Lawson) took unwell. Understudy (Neil McKinven) stepped in to read book as Rebus for remainder of show. 

Both were good in different ways as Rebus & hope Charles Lawson makes speedy recovery. 

Ian Rankin was also in audience - will be interesting to see what he thought about it.
