Castlerig sunset
Slightly different view of one of my favourite locations!
The stone circle is thought to be a celebration of light. Having taken some more standard shots at sunrise I felt the need to try something a bit different for sunset. I knew I wanted a slowish shutter speed - not so fast that there was no time to move the camera, but fast enough to freeze the central stone and try and capture the reflections.
Bit of an experiment - but happy with the result as it really captures the light rays and therefore captures the feel of the stone circle.
