2018 Friday — The Afterglow

We finished dinner at a nice little Italian restaurant, which is close to our house and then went for a drive through our SoCal city. This photo is at our local airport looking west. We were just admiring the sunset.

I’ve been very sick since Wednesday late evening. I wanted to eat at the Italian place because I wanted a cheese pizza. That just sounded soothing. I was tried of chicken soup. I hate being sick. I thought I had food poisoning Wednesday evening, but the effects have lasted long enough that I’m doubting that diagnosis. I was so sick that I phoned in sick to school yesterday to have my classes cancelled. Ugh! I hate cancelling classes.
