Leeds Abbey Dash 10k

Not another running T-shirt....

Great to do this race with our friends Jane and Neil and supported by Maggie. This year it was cold while waiting for the start but lovely and sunny. Its a nice run out and back to Kirkstall Abbey. I was pleased to beat my time from last year and also to move up the Fetch Race standards from "Domestic Rabbit" to "Greyhound".

It took about 10 mins to cross the line then between 2 and 3k you see the elite runners who by then have run there and most of the way back to eventually finish in under 30 mins.
