Awash . . . La Wash

Barcelona was completely awash today with the worst torrential downpours I can remember. I had to go out in the middle of the first one and was soon standing at the junction Berlin and Numancia, literally up to my ankles in water. I arrived like a drowned rat at the school to coach my client and for the first time ever did the session barefoot!

I'm ending the day in La Wash our local life-saving laundrette drying all the towels we used around the house to soak up various ingresses of water. Arrived just before the deadline of 9.30 pm.
