Lunching Dolly

Kiki did well overnight, she's coping so well with all of this! There was a moment this morning that made me sad, she was washing her face and she tried to wash her ear that wasn't there! :(

Still, by midday we decided that she was well enough that we could go out for a spot of lunch, Three Sisters Bake in Quarriers Village! Home and I have spent most of the evening attempting to bake a cake for a very special girl's birthday tomorrow! I tried a recipe using coconut flour, I've not used it before, it took a lot of fiddling before I got it to resemble cake! Cake baked, just to be frosted in the morning!
