Battle of the porridge

The daily battle with porridge continues , this is today's effort which managed to boil over dish in microwave despite it being same quantity , measurements of oats & milk same timings every day .
It ended up looking ok with some honey & ginger on :-)

Is it the milk or a rogue oat ?
