Feeling a bit more human

Well this week has been horrible - I think my body hit that brick wall where it decided no more!!!!

I have had a killer week at work with horrible students and feeling sick and ill all week!
I have only just managed to eat today so hoping that being ill has aided the weight loss - I can wish but nothing is guarenteed!!!

Only 29days till my holiday so I need to not hit this brick wall again
