The European Championship - Stettlen

I fell asleep at 9 pm yesterday, but woke several times during the night.

Dog walk at 5.15 am - we went to bed early and woke early. Then back in bed to cuddle the boys.

Breakfast at 7 am - dog walk and then on the roads again at 9 am.

We only had a little less than 300 km to drive today, so it didn't feel too bad. We stopped for coffee and took it easy. 

We did have a short detour as it turned out that there are 2 x Bernstrasse in Bern! Bernstrasse, Stettlen in Bern and Bernstrasse in Bern! We chose the wrong one and there was no hotel!

We did however end up at the right one at about lunchtime. 

We unpacked the car, had lunch and took the dogs for a walk in the beautiful area around Hotel Linde in Stettlen. 

The rest of the team have arrived during the afternoon and we are now all together. 

Today is a day of rest and relaxing. Tomorrow we are going to the venue.
