In a tangle

Had difficulty unwinding the extension lead.  How can they get tangled up on the reel?

Charity shop was quite quiet on the book side so took the opportunity to price some Christmas themed ones.  We save them up throughout the year.   We also keep books that are in mint condition and can be sold as gifts.
The deputy manager was up to her armpits in baubles!
