Unpopular move

Car parking charges have been introduced all over Surrey at the beauty spots owned by the County Council. This one, close to home, is a favourite dog walking spot and there were angry letters in the local paper when it was suggested. All the complaints fell on deaf ears. I didn't pay when I stopped to take my blip, I hope the security camera didn't get my number plate!
