Home with great views, garden needs work though

Wonderful day, walking a bit more of the Norfolk Coast Path. Today all along the sea defenses with salt marsh on one side and wet meadows on the other. Bright sunny day with a warm gentle breeze Lots of geese in the meadows, and some cows.
The barge/houseboat in the background looks to be occupied although it is high and not very dry in the marsh. Probably a bit cold and damp in winter but a great location. And as they say on the TV programme its all about "Location, Location, Location"
