Abstract: architecture
I do love abstracts when they appear naturally or when a close-up shot brings out the abstract quality of any subject. All we need to do is zoom in and make our subject unrecognizable, or at least underline a natural abstract quality.
"An abstract photograph may isolate a fragment of a natural scene in order to remove its inherent context from the viewer"
No post-editing is necessary to create an abstract when the point of view, or partial view of a subject is captured to bring out the abstract within the non-abstract. It's really interesting to do. When in doubt, move in closer, very much closer!
