Neighbourhood Watch

A silly one and it's not even Saturday. This has almost certainly been done before, but possibly not in a French setting and not by me. The model is called "Beau Soleil" after the cafe on the left. It is a greetings card! Sadly, the manufacturer is no longer operating. According to their website: "C'est fini! On est fermé. Merci pour tout."
