Beauty before the storm.

We had a very lovely summery warm day - making the most of being outdoors as some very unpleasant weather is forecast for the next few days. Walking at Portencross we were bathed in sunshine, watched a peregrine falcon found a seabuckthorn hedge full of yellow fruit and, most importantly, relaxed and enjoyed being together.
A lovely visit to our friends and then a meal at The Waterside. A great day off.
