In The Occupied Territory

The guy from the insurance company that deals with the building work came today. Hopefully things will get going soon.
The sparky also came to make sure the electrics were ok. They were, so we now have downstairs lights.
Just the person to deal with the carpet and sofa etc to see now. Hopefully they won’t be far away.
Got out to work later than normal, and I am sitting waiting for a hire to become live. I am outside Aberdeen Grammar School, which isn’t a grammar school. It used to be. Back in the day, the quintessentially English poet Lord Byron, attended this school. It was in a different location then.
You can maybe just about see the plinth if his statue in the background.
