Nice weather for ducks

When we came out of the pub following a lovely long lunch with friends it was just raining lightly with some blustery winds but by 4pm the clouds opened and we had torrential rain and roaring winds for a couple of hours, then a gorgeous rainbow and an amazing sunset.  I think it's just the lull before more bad weather tomorrow and Saturday.

My blip at the canal outside the pub is soc but I think it looks quite abstract without any faffing so here it is for AbstractThursday.  Thanks to ingeborg for hosting.
