Meringues

Not my fault that they were burnt.

I had the wonderful idea that I would make lemon meringue ice cream, so I bought shop bought meringues, but I had egg whites left over. Poland put them in the grill to begin with which is why they are that funny colour and then we put them in the oven, only to realise that we hadn't greased the tray.

It turned out so well :-|

Other than that, I have had a rather lazy day, and got a bit of work done, so that means I'll have to try and do more tomorrow before parents get here.
