Minimisation strategy

I didn’t improve after the antihistamine and cortisone shots so the Doc said I need to take the medicine now. If started early enough, it can help with chicken pox symptoms etc. Apparently my allergy levels were high ( 600, typical is 100), and signs of a virus too. Blood tests due back Sunday.

A quiet day at home. The temperature has dipped below 40 now, but quite humid today.
