Not So Dull

Two days of non-stop rain made it quite difficult to find a blip and I was just going to wait for better weather, until I realised that even in the rain this border managed to look really colourful:-)  

We were invited to meet some of our new neighbours yesterday evening and had a very pleasant time chatting to them over drinks and nibbles.  Today it was our turn to host an Afternoon Tea for the previous owners of our new house, who have remained in the area and are keen to stay in touch with us as friends, as we all get along so well.  They were delighted with what we have done to the house, which was good to hear!

Plenty of food left over for our supper tonight, so I won't need to cook:-)
