Girl and Her Dad

Went early to Évora to buy pipes and wire; Julia and I got to go shopping, even I bought something. Because I've put on weight, I avoid clothes shopping even more than usual, and end up wearing "rags", as she puts it, hoping, I suppose, that I'll lose it again and not need to buy stuff.

Going to first Bible study of the year in a bit, hoping folk turn up...D won't be there, she's in the Azores for the birth of her first grandchild, born this morning at 3am.
