Hilltop Fun

This was one of several pieces of graffiti adorning shop shutters in the really beautiful hill top town of Atessa in the Sangro Valley. It is an ancient site with lots of interesting history but mostly we enjoyed exploring the picturesque lanes and medieval streets.
There seems to be a lot of graffiti in this part of Italy, much of it political, all of it carrying a story. We just like the fun of this cheeky little dog.
