Deer Rutt

An interesting afternoon in Richmond Park with one of the Wex Walkabouts.  the good news is that my new (free) camera bag is excellent - very comfortable and holds tripod well. The bad news is that I left my long lens at home so was working on a max range of 40 mm (=80mm) Not enough!  I got as close as I could which involves crawling commando style on the ground - fine until my knee connected with some nettles!! 
Now getting final packing ready for a fairly early start to Gloucester tomorrow to pick up the Motorhome!
