Peppa Pig flogging vitamins, well I never!

I guess she enthusiastically jumps in muddy puddles, but other than that it is not an obvious connection. I’d have thought it was a bit of a mistake popping her picture all over a pills bottle as she flogs plenty of sweets and snacks too. One that would definitely need hiding in a high cupboard.
