Bottled our first ever cider, made with apples from the garden.
Ten days ago it didn’t taste that great. Now it actually tastes pretty good. It’s not as sweet as commercial cider but that’s fine by me. I read recently that the average commercial cider contains only 30% apple juice - the rest is glucose syrup.
