Pud Prep
Christmas pudding: mix the fruit and dry stuff, add wet stuff, add more wet stuff, mix well, leave overnight. It'll be 8 hours of steaming tomorrow.
I must be in a cooking groove as I decided to knock out a batch of chutney later. Hasn't made too big a dent in the apple pile though, more thinking is needed to use them up (no desire whatsoever to make apple sauce).
A wee change to the Friday night routine found George and me in the St Vincent, drinking Jarl and being hounded - it's very definitely a dog friendly pub!
