To Market Place

At Stockport Art Gallery I met Ian, Pauline, Chrissie and Dave to visit a most interesting exhibition of photographs by Denis Thorpe.  The photographer was there in person and shared a few anecdotes about the taking of some of the hugely varied images in his exhibition.

We then went for a wander around the town. I liked a new statue of James Conway one of the Cockeshell Heroes. I admired the precision of a signpost.
