Leaf Fall

Suffering my first cold of the autumn/winter period so I didn't fancy doing much today.  I opened my 'goody bag' from the pre op assessment - interesting!  I also read some of the literature provided to help me better understand the operation and more importantly how to help with the recovery phase.  We were told on Thursday that there is a You Tube video of the operation available - I haven't quite plucked up the courage to watch that.......yet!

I needed some fresh air during the afternoon so had a quick walk in the local park.  Gosh it was still so windy but incredibly mild!  Plenty of evidence of the impact of the wind in some places, as can be seen in the image.
