Mowing the lawn
Well looked what I tripped over today in someone's front garden, a pair of state of the art lawnmowers! Have you ever seen anything like this before? They were just the cutest. And the silliest. One side of the house looked deserted, the other probably lived in. The picket fence was so old and wobbly nothing seemed to be holding it together but ivy and bindweed. The animals could have pushed their way out onto the road with no trouble but clearly couldn't be bothered. In fairness they weren't deserted. While I was taking a quick pic a girl came out to check up. She was very happy for them to be photographed, but I'm glad they were overseen.
And it was such a beautiful day here in Hampshire. It started with torrential rain, but by lunchtime was warm and blue - and stayed that way.
Once again I have to thank you all for your reception of Mr Heron. He is currently sitting in glory in the pops. Makes me feel quite choked. What a lovely lot you are.
Many thanks to Admirer for hosting SillySaturday. And to the current DS host, Marlieske . And I hope you all enjoy your Saturday evening xx
