First thing done

I have a list of things to do - and one box has been ticked; I have joined Mr. M.'s gym.

A nice small one in St. Peter Port - will give me an incentive to get up early, take Mr. M. into work and head to the gym for a few hours.

It's a miserable wet day here - so this is not the most exciting blip I have posted !
