Insane Infusions

My fella works in Spain a lot and this weekend one of his Spanish friends is here to visit. He's taking his friend to his first live rugby match so while the boys are out I thought I would make a start on infusing some gin and vodka to give as Christmas gifts.

So far I've made Cucumber Gin, Rhubarb & Custard Gin and Cranberry & Orange Vodka.

Now to leave them alone with the occasional shake for a couple of weeks. Photo of the finished gifts to follow.
