Impatient

What else is there to do on a wet blustery day when it's not safe to go out on crutches - make sour dough bread.  My previous attempts have looked like cow pats so this is better but not good enough.  I did not wait long enough on the second prove.   Too impatient to get the bread in the oven and eat it.  Its tastes OK but its a bit dense, no large airholes.  I have fed the starter and will have another go.  Credit to Nogbad for advice, his bread looks amazing, I will persevere.
