We decided yesterday that it would be too cold today for the dinner we had planned. I decided on the spur of the moment that I would make (and make up, as I'm trying to get better at cooking recipe-less) a lamb ragù, and make some fresh pasta to accompany it.

As you can see here, I actually put the young lad to work making the pasta. He did a great job, and I am really looking forward to enjoying the results.

Now if my ragù will only thicken...
