Secret Weapon

For some weeks now I’ve had the perplexing problem of what to do with the rabbits that have moved into my garden. Then I met this fine fellow on the back path. I tossed him a sprig of catnip as a welcoming gift. He accepted by chewing it. Now he inspects the lawn edges, and waits under cover for a chance to accost them. I have not seen the female for 5 or 6 days. Is she nesting, or has she been dealt with? The male is a lot more nervy than he used to be. This is a big cat, but very agile. I’m pinning my hopes on him.
