More sun and shadows

Ah well, it seems as if the snow and ice have gone. The worst that could be said for today was that there was a slight chill in the air. The best was that the sun shone all day, the light was glorious, and it was good to be alive.

I was back in town for a quick meeting in the early afternoon and was approaching the Bank of Ireland colonnade at College Green, shielding my eyes from the sun, when I thought 'okay, so it's going to look awfully like yesterday's, but there's really no passing this by as a possible blip'. So here it is: more sunlight, more long shadows.
