Rehearsing 'Hoots & Boots' @BiggarLittle Festival

The Biggar Little Festival is an annual celebration of the arts in the wee Scottish town where I live. This year's extravaganza of events includes 'Hoots & Boots', an evening of country & western tunes gives a Scottish spin.
