Columbus Monument, Barcelona

This statue of Christopher Columbus pointing out to sea is over 7 metres tall, standing on top of a 40 metre column.

Extra collage shows the scale a bit better; also a bunch of what I assume are obscenely expensive yachts,  and a floating sculpture 'Stargazer' ['Miraestels'] in the harbour.
