Mungrisdale Village Hall

I'm on a GPS training weekend based in Mungrisdale Village Hall. We did venture out for short periods to do some practice waymarking and route making, but we were mainly in the hall. Outside there was little time to do any photography.

The hall is relatively new and has been fitted out beautifully. I guess that this wall hanging was made by local people to celebrate the new hall. Do look at in larger because you can see some of the detail.

You should be able to see the Mill Inn where I am staying. Look out also for the Herwick sheep and the red squirrels.

This morning it was freezing and I could not open the car doors. The freeze came suddenly, after heavy rain which is why the ice was so bad.
