An appalling damage

18 newly planted trees at the local tram stop were sawn down at night over a week ago. It's the second time someone destroyed the trees. The same happened a few months ago when the trees were planted there for the first time. It doesn't seem to be an act of sheer vandalism. It looks like someone doesn't want the trees to grow there. It's just so sick it leaves me speechless.
