Apples

We dropped of over 150kg of cooking and eating apples at Belhaven Smokehouse this morning to be made into Thistly Cross Cider.  There was a queue of people doing the same, though I don't think anyone had quite as much as we did.  You get a bottle of cider or apple juice for every 7Kg.  We came away with quite a few!
