TIME OUT

I took some time out at one of the country parks to talk to the birds and remember another lovely autumn day 36 years ago. Some of the birds were very obliging.

I'm definitely coming down with some sort of lurgy. Probably just a cold, so I shall be off for an early night with some Lemsip quite shortly, I think.
