Very tired

Sadly last night was grim and by grim very grim, very very very grim.

I couldn’t settle - was still awake around 11. Munchie started to cry around 11:30
Went to her
She was in lots of pain and very distressed.

Luckily knowing what this was helped.
After about half an hour of sobbing her tummy hurt - she was sick, then almost immediately settled and slept.

I stayed in her room on the floor till around 2, knowing it was highly unlikely she would be sick again, got back into bed around 2:30

Wom woke around 3am as his duvet had fallen off his bed!

Only hour I didn’t see was 4am

Left early to sort the room out
Long day
Children have been in all day.

Picked tired tinkers up from after school club - had left cottage pie to cook so we ate together
Wom protested that he didn’t like cottage pie.

So tired
