Morning shot. Love this fence. It's absolutely beautiful in every light or darkness :-)

Guess what? I have a third cold in a row. My Welsh doctor told me that my  immune system is constantly low because of your leaky gut problem so I should take D3 every day. So hopefully I can get some vitamins here with my FIL who is coming next Monday. I am on zinc to cut the cold short.

I feel that most of my energy goes towards being healthy, but I just can't get there.

It's been quite cold day today. It was mostly cloudy and max was 25°C, but it was very chilly 13°C in the morning. Perhaps it stayed with me all day long. So logically I finally started the coat I've been planning to do for myself. I'm doing a version of parka.
