Viva las Bury

Once a cinema this place became a confusing, up & down, multi level night club. Some fond memories from here, including a friend running off with a girls cowboy hat, only to find she was wearing a hairnet and a wig that was snagged & still in the hat, me & J9 getting messily lost and having to ask a bouncer to help us leave.

But ultimately it was a shit hole and the fun was down to the people you were with. Its now been earmarked for demolition and unfortunately I don't think many people will miss it. Shame though, canny looking bit of art deco in my 'umble opinion & soon to be replaced by yet more glass retail generic tosh.
