Homework

I won't bore you yet again with my thoughts on homework. Lily is learning about India this term. As ever we have a list of projects to choose from for homework. By some miracle we have achieved 3 by the close of today!!

Our Her first was to take in some material made in India - lucky my mum gave me a sari she bought when she went to India!

Second was to draw/paint/collage the Indian flag. In a moment of pure genius I suggested Hama beads so a gentle hour was passed at the kitchen table doing that.

Finally Lily was to be involved in preparing typical Indian food. We were having curry anyway tonight (although possibly not an authentic recipe) so Ben got Lily to do all the hard work for him!!

Good day for it as the weather has been rubbish - a definite indoors project day!
