Beef casserole and dumplings

Nasty grey, dark, very wet and windy day. The only way to survive a dismal day like this is to spend the day doing domestic duties in the warm then cooking an enormous beef casserole ! Robin came home from watching Yeovil lose (booooo) and added some yummy dumplings and voila !
