Internet and TV back on but no thanks to a well known cable TV/broadband company that is best not to name. Took the afternoon off so that the engineer could come around ((cost me money due to lost wages) didn't turn up, got a call at 7pm saying he was on his way (so didn't go out with friends) and still didn't turn up. In the end, went outside and fixed it myself, although still can't get one of the boxes to work. Going to ring them now and give them a stern talking to!

Just called them and they said the engineer did turn up. I was rather insulted at this point, but just about managed to stay calm,
