Sugar
If I started drinking coffee in earnest 30 years ago, which I think is right, and if I averaged out at two coffees a day (and I think that sounds about right), and if every spoon of sugar is 5 grams, which is says on the bag, then (at two spoons a cup) that's 20 grams a day, or 7.3 kgs a year, or 219kg in those 30 years.
Which is disgusting.
So I've stopped. I went down to one spoon, then tried fake sugar and stevia etc, which were vile and made the whole thing seem ridiculous.
My special moments are compromised, but I think I'm nearly over it.
